Domestic Shipping (US) is included in our merchandise pricing. All orders are shipped from east coast, USA. Tracking numbers will be sent via email (for now), so please keep an eye on your inbox!
- While we try to include all shipping costs in our charm pricing, it has been going up in price recently, so some prices are subject to change accordingly!
- Canadian shipping costs average at around $15 at the lowest! Please contact us if you'd like faster international or domestic shipping.
For Item Preorders, we reqiure 25-30 days for production and shipping from our manufacturers to us directly. We will ship the items as soon as we receive and pack them!

- Orders including 1-10 charms or small goods will be sent in their own sleeves via mailers!
- Orders under 3.5oz (stickers/sticker sheets only) will be sent via mail envelope.
୨୧ What countries do you ship to?
While we'd like to ship anywhere not on the USPS Suspension List, we currently only ship to the US and Canada.
If your country is not on the suspension list and you'd still like to order merchandise, please contact us for a shipping estimate!
୨୧ When will my order ship?
We pack orders ourselves, so the average time of shipping should be within a week of your order (unless we're desperately out of packing supplies).
Blue usually ships orders on Mondays!
Once your order has shipped, you should receive a confirmation through Bigcartel!
୨୧ How long will shipping take?
Domestic orders shipped through USPS Ground Advantage or through Letter Mail can take up 1-5 business days to arrive, while international orders shipped through USPS First-Class Mail International can take up to 2 weeks to 3 months to arrive.
If your order does not arrive within those timeframes, please contact us with your name and order number.
